When are my ordered tests delivered home?

If you ordered before 20:00, your tests are shipped the next working day with DHL. We send you a shipment confirmation shortly before your order is handed to DHL, as well as a tracking code. DHL usually delivers in 1 working day.

In some cases, your order comes in a working day later. For example when:

  • One of the days is a public holiday
  • Your order came in after 20:00
  • DHL needs more than 1 day (e.g. due to a remote address, Black Friday, Covid)

Personal communication about delays is impossible, as our service is setup for anonymity. This means we don't know who is affected when there is a delay. Feel free to reach out at any time if you believe your order should have been delivered already!
